  Group have the production bases located at Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang.

  The high-frequency welding factory, with 4 production lines, can manufacture 24 thousand tons of high quality welded tubes. It applies advanced domestic and foreign high-frequency welding equipment and the solid-state high-frequency machine group to guarantee the ovality is less than 0.03MM, making the product’s quality in a leading position in China.

  The frame-fork parts factory mainly produces B.B shell, lugs, front fork stems etc. Advanced threading technique has been adopted to produce B.B shell so as to assure the B.B shell to be concentric, which has improved the mobility of the whole bicycle.

  The steel-frame and front-fork factory has introduced production equipment from Japan and Taiwan. With nearly 40 production lines, the factory can achieve annual capacity of 4.5 million sets which makes the factory one of the top steel-frame manufacturing bases in China. Especially, the development of special-shaped mountain bikes becomes popular all over the world.

  With 6 production and welding lines, the aluminum frame factory reaches the annual capacity of 750 thousand sets. All the equipment has been introduced from Taiwan. And also all the products conform to the standards of Europe Union EN, American CPSC and Japan JIS. The large-scale T4/T6 heat treating furnace guarantees the product’s strength, which makes the product distinguished in the bicycle industry.

  The suspension fork factory is with 2 assembling lines which make the annual capacity of 2.4 million forks possible. The full-automatic coreless grinder has been introduced from Taiwan in the factory to guarantee ovality and finish of the inner angle tube of a suspension fork and the smooth elasticity of the suspension fork. The factory also introduces the LiJin 400T large-scale die casting machine from Shenzhen to guarantee the self-sufficiency of the aluminum external angles.

    The handle-bar factory, with 4 production lines, can achieve annual capacity of 1 million sets of over a hundred kinds.

  The chainwheel factory, with 2 assembling lines, can produce the chainwheel and cranks of the annual capacity of 12 million sets, The quality has reached advanced global level, which wins the favor of the U.S.A. and other European countries. The world-famous bicycle brands, such as TREK (the U.S.A.), BMW (Germany) all apply this product to assemble bicycles.

    The saddle factory can produce over 180 kinds of saddles for bicycles and electric bikes with annual capacity of 10 million saddles. Injection molding, foam, stereotyping, printing, and stitching all have been integrated into one manufacturing process to guarantee the product’s quality. Our excellent R&D team can develop hundreds of new products each year which lead the trend of the bicycle industry. The high range product made from carbon fiber materials can be comparable with the world famous saddles.

  The painting factory is with 16 automatic varnish-baking lines introduced from Taiwan. The electrostatic painting line is LONMO from Japan reaching the global top level. Some paints are developed independently whose qualities meet the world environmental protection standard.

  The assembling factory, with 8 assembling lines, reaches annual capacity of 2million sets. The factory introduces the wheel rim automatic rectification machine from Holland Mechanics to guarantee average force distribution on the wheel rim, which can make the ride more agile.

    The group independently develops and produces the main parts of the bicycle to guarantee the fork’s high quality and compatibility of the materials, which enhances the safety factor of the whole bicycle. Its coordinated production progress takes the leading position in In the same industry in china, which also makes the national brand renowned worldwide.

  The quality testing center: The quality testing center, with complete equipment and advanced techniques, makes regular and nature-analytical checks and examinations of hardness, precision, loading-vibration, endurance resistance and non-corrosibility of the tubular products and parts of all kinds to prevent any flaw and oversight in the process.

  Major keeping up with latest bicycle technique trend, has updated its techniques and equipment to meet the world advanced standard for many times so as to speed up the upgrade of products and optimal distribution of resources.
